Your oyster platter is food-contact safe (FCS). To keep the wood looking beautiful, please clean it with care.

Cleaning
• Gently hand wash with mild liquid soap.
• Dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Avoid Damage
• Do not cut directly on the surface—knives and sharp tools will scratch the finish.
• Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners (bleach, alcohol, vinegar, scouring pads, steel wool, etc.).
• Avoid placing foods with strong natural dyes (beets, cherries, strawberries, etc.) directly on the platter, as they may stain.
